SUMMARY:Balkan Student Summer School : Artificial Intelligence in Science.
DESCRIPTION:Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the way science is conducted\, accelerating discovery across disciplines and enabling researchers to address challenges that were unimaginable only a few years ago. From exploring the Universe and analysing particle collisions to predicting earthquakes\, discovering new materials\, modelling climate systems and decoding biological processes\, AI has become an essential tool for scientific research. \nThe Balkan Summer School on Artificial Intelligence for Science brings together talented secondary school students from across the Balkan region to explore how AI is reshaping the frontiers of scientific knowledge. Through inspiring lectures by leading scientists\, hands-on workshops\, computational activities and collaborative projects\, participants will discover how machine learning\, data science and intelligent algorithms are applied in astronomy\, particle physics\, Earth observation\, space exploration\, environmental science\, robotics and computer science.

SUMMARY:First Balkan student Summer School on Astronomy & Astrophysics :A child from the Balkans counts the stars
DESCRIPTION:The main objective of the summer school is to promote the idea of teaching cutting edge Physics and Astronomy in Balkan schools.  \nParticipants will have the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge in Physics\, Astronomy and Astrophysics\, to forge connections with researchers and peers and to get acquainted with new discoveries in the frontiers of scientific research. The summer school aims to promote friendship between the young citizens of the Balkans. At the same time\, the students’ mentors\, Astronomy and Astrophysics Professors and teachers\, will discuss the position of the Astronomy course in the Balkan schools and the way that Astronomy can be included in the curricula of the different countries.
